Moist Gluten Free Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:
1 cup Canola Oil
3/4 cup Brown Rice Flour
3/4 cup Tapioca Flour
1/2 cup Corn Starch
1/2 Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Xanthan Gum
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Baking Powder
1 cup Milk
1 tsp Vanilla
2 Cups Sugar
4 Large Eggs

Recipe Instructions:
1) Start coals for a 350° in a 12 inch dutch oven.

2) Beat all ingredients together for 3 minutes on high.  Line dutch oven with parchment paper or grease the inside of the dutch oven (your preference)

3) Bake at 350° for 35 – 40 minutes.

4) When cakes are cool frost them with your favorite chocolate frosting and serve.
