7-Up Biscuits

4 cups Bisquick

1 cup sour cream

1 cup 7-Up

1/2 cup butter


Melt butter in the bottom of the pan.  In a separate bowl (or a gallon sized zip top bag), mix sour cream with Bisquick.  Add 7-Up  and mix.  Put on well-floured surface and roll out to 1 inch thick.  Use a floured cutter to cut biscuits and then place biscuits onto buttered pan.  Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
